I don't know the specific mountain, but I recognize the range.

You're getting pretty warm.  Also seriously  ;)

PS: Don't be swayed by Trackbiker's, ahem, "guess."    He served as lookout and signaled when to ready my camera.

And talk about "now I've seen everything"  -- the two patrollers skied right down the ramp with it!

I've skied Baker and it only has a Tbar. ;)
You all should know by now I wouldn't know a CTEC from a Garaventa from a Doppelmayer unless it has a 3 ft high sign on it.
Not understanding the warm hint but I'll continue with the WAGs with Bristol

yes, what they call the whirlwind express quad.

incidentally the pig is very cool, it's a giant piggy bank to help fund their adaptive program.    I've always been particularly impressed  by their efforts in that respect.

Personally I like Windham, it's a bit pricey and I wouldn't go there on a Saturday.  With free Warren Miller tix there's a lot to like about it.

Pricey, the reason I've only been there once, but Potter Brothers which is right on the way in Kingston has big discounts on certain days, including six Sundays. https://www.potterbrothers.com/tickets/

Do they tell you which Sundays ahead of time? Was bummed to see they don't have Liftopia offers. I was looking late season.

yes, it's on the PB site.  thing is Plattekill also has a $40 sunday flex, and belleayre, and catamount have PB deals -- which is why I don't get to Windham very often.  Pretty much just when I have a Warren Miller freebie.

Thanks! Sorry if it was obvious... I was only seeing flex tickets which seemed like they were for every day.

I'm sure it has come up before, but can someone remind me: What is the significance of the sculpture of the pig?

Not being a Windhamite IDK how it ended up being there, but as Rick said it is a fund raiser for the Adaptive Sports Foundation whose HQ is in Windham, NY. It says so on a plaque under it.

This part is guesswork: Searching online it looks to be a sculpture by Georgia Gerber called the Rachel the Piggy Bank that can be used for fundraising.
