Caberfae Peaks 3/5/17

Another trip to Caberfae Peaks making the most of the $99 weekend season pass. Another day of spring skiing. Temp was 32 degrees at the start of the day and the snow was packed powder. As the day went on and the temp rose to 45 degrees the snow got soft but it held up real well. Some areas got a little thin in spots. With some creative pushing around of the snow they should make it through the next warm up and rain. Looking for to meeting Ciscokid in two weeks at their spring carnival. imageimageimageimageimage

I am pretty sure they will still have snow. It was pretty deep in most places. They will just have to get creative with the grooming. The app I used was Trace Snow. They have a free version which is what I use
