I expected skier visits to be down from 2016-7. It was up:

    Why would you think down. Less snow but a much more consistent cold winter and great spring.

    We must not have experienced the same winter. March and April were great, but I didn't think that would pull in enough skier visits to offset January and February.
  • Upstate New York, never made it over to Vermont this year.

  • lakes covered up a lot of the thaw's during those months.

    Definitely not consistent. MLK week was 65 degrees and rain. I went back through our snowmaking logs and there were only 6 days (daytime) below freezing in the entire February here in Central NH.
