Lost Ski Areas of the Berkshires - Available Nov. 26!

edited October 27 in NELSAP Forum
All, the new book, Lost Ski Areas will be available for sale from NELSAP beginning on Nov 26. I'll be accepting preorders mid-November, and will have a new order form up soon. Copies can be signed and they make great gifts for your friends and family!

Your book purchases are greatly appreciated, they help to fund the research for this past book and future ones as well.

The book is 240 pages long, the longest of all the books (by about 80 pages) with many new lost areas found, and numerous photos that you have never seen before. You'll learn all about "The Three Brodies", what could have been at Mt. Greylock, how Williams College had the most challenging ski area for racers, and how Tenth Mountain division veterans founded ski areas like Jacob's Ladder. You'll also learn about resort ski areas like Oak 'n Spruce and Eastover, how Beartown and Farnams were founded as snow train destinations, and how ski clubs were instrumental in founding these places. A short summary on open ski areas is also included.

I know you're all going to love the book!

Jeremy
