There were outstanding conditions yesterday at Cranmore! Natural snow on top of a man-made base made for well groomed, ice-free skiing. Tickets were only $29 for opening weekend, and two runs were open off the South Quad. Cover was excellent, and there were no thin spots to be seen. The weather was perfect, sunny and upper 20s. Crowds were light, and there was never any waiting. It was definitely one of the best days of fall skiing that I’ve had so far!
