Today was a beautiful bluebird day at Black! The terrain was quite limited, with Maple Slalom Chute > Valley View > Bob-A-Link from the mid-station of the double, and Jubilee & Ninow from the Platter Pull. However, the snow was excellent packed powder, and the weather was just about perfect. Crowds were relatively light, but there was sometimes a short line for the double and platter. They were pushing out whales and started to make more snow on some East Bowl terrain which looks like it may be ready for this weekend. Some limited natural snow terrain, such as part of Sun Valley and Outback were open with very thin cover.
