part two

Mar 3, Breckenridge, CO. My skiing highlight at Breck was the climb above Peak 6 to ski an area called the Six Senses.  This fellow Alistair from the UK was a hoot.  We made the climb together and encouraged each other, then went our separate ways. I skied a chute right behind the tip of his skis.

Mar 6, Whistler-Blackcomb, Canada.  I got on an airplane and went straight from CO to CA.  This is Whistler Bowl and a gang of friends.  It was a tough week for visibility, but the snow was great.

April 1st, Snowbird UT, this is a friend skiing one of the steepest runs I’ve ever skied there called North Chute:

Apr 2, Snowbasin, UT, kind of a messy day, but in the end we got 3″ of hero graupel:-)

Apr 3, Alta, UT, my son on High Rustler in tough, chunky conditions

Apr 4, Park City, UT. My friend at the base of Red Pine Bowl in Ninety-Nine 90, trying to figure out where next at this massive ski area.

Apr 6, Park City, UT, last lift ride of the day heading from Super Condor area to Canyons Village:

Apr 7, Snowbird, UT, my son’s a strong L3 PSIA instructor at Snowbird, but there were young teens doing some sort of junior mogul competition at the same time on this same run and they could flip and 360 all day long while laying down a zipperline high speed dash through the bumps.  There is always somebody better out there:-)
