I can’t remember if we’ve done this one yet, but here it goes:
- This area has reduced lift ticket prices over the past few years.
- This area has suffered from a lodge fire.
- This area only has one chairlift that is older than 1980.

That 3rd clue could mean anything. As in it has very new lifts a la Bretton Woods (not a guess), or it’s pretty small. Or am I reading it wrong?

I noticed that too.
- It could mean that it is an area with one chairlift and that chairlift is older than 1980 (Eaton)
- it could mean that it has many chairlifts and all but one are newer than 1980 (Crotched)
I think we already have two correct answers to the 3 clues: Crotched Mt. by yours truly and Eaton, contributed by mapnut.
IMO, it’s time to move on.
