I agree that Stratton's "bowls" aren't bowls in the true sense of the word, although they are still named as such nevertheless. That's why I used the quotation marks when referring to them in the clue. And I never referred to Sunbrook as a bowl - only as an expansion with a similar name to one of Stratton's "bowls".

Hmm. Sunday River still requires 4 lifts to ascend the entire vertical, so it doesn't fit. Mt. Snow doesn't really fit clue 2 or 3.

Sugarloaf fits #2, but not #1 and I'm not sure about #3. [Edit: definitely not #3]

During the ASC years to go from bottom to top you had to ride Sunny D, Inverness or the Slug, NRX, and finally Summit.

And the KBRA T bar is the longest Surface Lift in New England, replacing the GMVS T bar and Poma

The KBRA T Bar starts lower on the Inverness trail than the GMVS T Bar did. Its just located on the other side of the trail.

The KBRA T Bar starts lower on the Inverness trail than the GMVS T Bar did. Its just located on the other side of the trail.

I've never seen it in person, I've just been going off what the maps show. Does that mean that the maps are incorrect showing how high up it starts?

Yes that map makes it look shorter than it is. It starts below the bottom of Walt's Trail and ends just below the top of the Inverness Quad. So it is about 90% the length of the Inverness Quad

And the old t-bar and poma got you to the top of the upper pitch, below the entrance to Semi-Tough.

That sounds like Crotched (east). Lower Tbar is still standing. Named for shape of peak. Near the open Onset, Bobcat, Crotched area.
