I've gone through the entire list without coming up with an area that fits.
No, not on the link above but, they are mentioned on the ski area's specific page on this particular web site.
Then it would have to be Mohawk.

I don't question clues 1 and 3. I don't question that CCC had a presence at Mohawk. I do question whether the CCC trails were skiing trails and would suggest that the 3-clues yielded either no 100% correct answers or 3 partially correct answers.

How about Blue Hills?

2 lots - 1 at the top by the observatory (Hi, past Jeremy), the chairlift base doesn’t start at the lodge and I believe a line of trees obscures it from even the adjacent trail, though there is a tow on the opposite side that is visible.

No idea of its manufacturer, but considering there’s only 1 chairlift, the tow is probably not of the same manufacturer.

The chairlift at Blue Hills starts very close to and is visible from the base lodge. There is also a magic carpet adjacent to the base lodge. Also, the observatory parking is not used by skiers, as far as I know. Creative thinking though!

If I remember right, there is a parking lot within easy walking distance Which is more associated with the museum. The place does get crowded and I do remember seeing overflow parking in that lot.

To clarify, I am not talking about an overflow lot that requires a walk or shuttle ride to the base area. This secondary lot is located directly on the mountain, but in a completely different part than where the base lodge is.

Here are two hints: This ski area has at least one handle tow, T-Bar, & chairlift. And, two of the ski areas lifts start and end in almost the places.

OP stipulated "northeast" about 6 ski areas into the thread. So, do we consider northeast Canada or just the other 50 states? :p

Nice catch snowphoenix and I agree with ski-it. snowjournal is associated with NELSAP with an unwritten accommodation for New York. So please include that in your clue if you choose to go outside that region.
