If you're talking about lift served, it would be Mount Lemmon.

Ski Apache in NM is the one I know of as being the southern most. But after looking at Mt lemmon’s website that’s their claim to fame.

Except when I tried to hike up there with my skis the attendant came out of the shack & said we had to leave our skis here if we wanted to hike up to see the view. They didn't want people skiing down the back side to get lost into miles of wilderness.

Yes, the answer is Spruce. It has quite an interesting layout with 3 tows. One is completely below the lodge, one starts below the lodge and ends well above it, and the third is accessed via a traverse from the middle tow.
