Was the snowmaking trail coverage expansion part of the West Lake project? Or was this part of another previously approved project?
I was sure Sunbrook's trails were apart of the approved HSQ for Sunbrook.
It has always been stated that once West Lake was operational that they'd have the water and air capacity to expand to 100% Snowmaking. It was also stated that the expansion wouldn't be an immediate thing.
The Carinthia expansion to Fool's Gold will likely give them a longer, lower level park that they don't really have now.
The loop in Sunbrook, will allow another Snowmaking loop, that is easily accessible, regardless of if the Sunbrook Quad is or isn't spinning that day. The coverage for the rest of Sunbrook, presuming the sale to Vail goes through and Vail Resorts wants to invest in more Snowmaking for Sunbrook, will likely occur in conjunction with a high speed lift installation there
