I'm going to say that I have no ill will towards anyone on both sides of this situation. I do ski as a single a lot. I would estimate that almost everyone I've ridden with on opposite sides of the blue bird that is willing to have a conversation with you, indicates that "we just got up", or "we came up last night" etc. Many people won't even talk to you. It's sad. So those that do are interesting.
I've skied early Northface/Challenger lift much more than in prior seasons. Internally, I think it is easier just to ride alone on that triple then to have someone spill their guts about breaking the rules.
Sat,
12/19, I forgot I had a reservation, as we were schedule to travel to the forbidden land. So that I wouldn't get dinged by Vail, I skied 8am til 10am. Sunbrook sucked despite what Mt. Snow Op's tweeted.
Since I'm now in the forbidden land, I won't be able to check in until after the new year. I'll likely do another big block and then come back to the forbidden land during Presidents week, and then re-up again for the last block.
Sunbrook / Cloud Nine / Thanks Walt or whatever they call it.
