Indy resorts left in the western PA market: Timberline, Blue Knob, Wisp, Nemacolin, and Boyce Park. There's a small area near Edinboro closer to Erie, Mt. Pleasant. Timberline and Wisp are at the top. Blue Knib lives to ski another day year after year. Nemacolin is truly just another spa/casino amenity. The other two serve very small markets with very small vertical and zero other development.
If anti-trust were to block the sell, then Laurel and/or Hidden Valley could be spun off, but who would want to buy/run them? What would the state do with a small turn-key operation like Laurel?
Edit: I could also add Holiday Valley and Holimont in western NY.
