Plus mandatory forecaddy. And with their cart-path only rules you might as well just walk and get a full caddy.

Bringing this back to skiing and NE … I read Stowe will be $199 walk up window rate for holidays.
This 10000% flies in the face of Vail claiming to want to grow the sport.
How do you grow the sport? Get beginners in and get them hooked. Charging a family an arm and a leg for a day ticket, lessons, rentals, and forcing you to use an app to pay for parking just pushes people away from becoming skiers/boarders.
Guessing that Vail's target resorts in efforts to grow the sport, especially in the Eastern half of the Country is to try and drive the 1st timers to their smaller resorts located generally closer to major metropolitan areas as opposed to their larger resorts.
In reality, does a entry level skier/rider actually need the vast majority of terrain the Stowe offers verses say what Crotched or Big Boulder or Whitetail or Mt Brighton offers?
And if one really looks at where the growth potential in the industry likely is, look at and listen to the business model that the crew at Big Snow have. Bring the skiing experience to the masses and package it at an affordable price. And they have plans to expand that model all around the country in a way like Top Golf has expanded all around the Country
