Anybody eat at Le Massif, QC recently? It's been almost 15 years since I have. I don't remember getting any hamburgers, but the rest of the food in the summit lodge was really good and quite different from the usual offerings in the USA.
By the way, here's a friend in 2016 at Deer Valley. He's taking the burger thing to another level with a steak tenderloin sandwich:
