Hatley Pointe ski area

Looks like quite a transformation.

Three years ago, I visited Wolf Ridge as part of a 7-day road trip through the Southeast. Looking forward to going back to the mountain when it reopens as Hatley Pointe, and standing in the same places where I took my photos in January 2021.

Yes I see your point about real estate. The place is surrounded by roads a golf course a spa etc...
Many high-end, non-boutique ski resorts seem to be real estate ventures with skiing as the 'lure'.

Definately. And many do it very well. Some others....

I am still not watching that boutique video... I'm afraid it might exclude me :wink:

PS: Looks like they have signed up for Indy Pass.

Isn't Indy pass like the total polar opposite of a boutique ski resort? Just saying.
