Ski areas that have a view of Mt. Washington

Let's see if we can create a list of all open alpine areas that have some kind of a view of Mt. Washington. It can be a very distant view, or one that is much closer.

I know plenty, but will just throw one out to start: Pleasant Mountain

Let me immediately stray far away... I was lucky enough in 2021 to have a clear enough day on Whiteface to spot Mount Washington over 100 miles away.

I think Wildcat does. Waterville, Gunstock, Bretton, Blk Mtn NH, Sunday River, Attitash. probably Mt Eustis.
Better add viewed from a trail. Not sure then about SR.

Wildcat rather famously has an amazing view of Washington, being right across the street. When I hiked it a few years ago, they were setting up for a wedding near the top of the quad, facing towards Washington.

No, they charge for the view now. Couldn't help myself.

I thought Ragged had a view of Mt Washington but Joshua and Abubob would know better. It will be interesting to see what is the southernmost area with a view. It might be Crotched.

Black NH has one of the best along with Wildcat.

Nice! I knew you could when you continued up above the Barker but that’s a better view than I recall.

I skied Loon a whole bunch of times. Each time it was cloudy and/or snowing. Never knew there was a view other than a string of houses across the valley. Finally after years of this I got to Loon on a beautiful sunlit day. Let me tell you I was shocked to see Mt. Washington.
