I didn't see this coming...
MC has been lacking on southern northeast ski areas. This helps. I wonder if they will expand to include the other ORDA areas?
Whiteface Mountain New for 25-26
New York’s Olympic Legacy Resort Becomes 27th Destination
The Mountain Collective is thrilled to welcome Whiteface Mountain to its global roster of iconic ski destinations for the 2025–26 season. Nestled in Wilmington, New York, and renowned for its Olympic heritage and the greatest vertical drop east of the Rockies, Whiteface brings world-class pedigree to the Collective’s Northeast lineup.

ORDA passholders get 50% tickets at Mtn Collective areas, but only if you are a full passholder. I'm a "limited" passholder, which sounds like it doesn't cover much, but it just means non holiday, so I'm not included in the benefits.
Even if I was a full passholder, in the east, Sunday River and Sugarloaf are too far, Bromont would have been possible when I visit my inlaws, and Le Massif, which is amazing, is also too far. A lot of Ski 3 passholders live even farther away from those eastern Mtns, either in the Albany area or down in NYC, but if they were going to go out west, it could be a good deal.

Yeah, unfortunately a lot of smaller passes primarily cater to those in Central Vermont or New Hampshire, and are unviable aside from that unless you don't mind driving 3+ hours one direction or have the disposable income to only use the pass a few days.
I'm not in that category, hence why I've been on Indy Pass, single mountain season passes, or sticking exclusively to NELSAP backcountry spots for the last several years.
