April 13-14, 2026
Two really great days of spring skiing (despite the Monday rainstorm).
Essentially, everything on Killington Peak east of Cascade was open although there was a little walking required on Highline and a squeeze point or two on Cascade just before the “bear left” on the headwall.
Snowden was in worse condition with everything west of Chute/Great Bear/Great Northern shut down.
On the Superstar side Lower Skyelark was open but required a lot of bare spot avoidance. Upper Skyehawk was still open: giant moguls and a lot of bare ground to avoid, but fun. Ovation was great but accessible only by K1 or climbing from Superstar summit. No snow on Nivis Walk. SS and Bittersweet were still good. I suspect by Monday, the 20th, they will just have the SS chair running.
