Did a bit of digging once I had time.
Some things that were not discussed previously included infrastructure, exact lift alignment, additional trail counts.
An October 2021 application submitted to the Town of Charlemont shows these items.
Most important items:
-An access road that will essentially clean up a former degraded timber road will be created. Not intended for patron use.
-New lifts: 1
-New trails: 2 (Unclear if this includes or excludes the liftline)
-Snowmaking pipe: Yes
-Lighting: Yes (unclear if for skiing or for lift operations purposes and safety)
I've attached an image of the desired lift alignment (which was previously guessed at, but unknown). I'll link the application as well.
What continues to be my question and why I dug this thread back up anyways - what's the new timeline on this? The Mountain Top Triple hasn't been removed (AFAIK). No work has been done, and unless I've missed it, there are no new addendums or updates on Charlemont's website or media releases detailing why the project has been delayed (even though, as I previously mentioned, it probably has something to do with the Burke Mountain purchase and available capital)
