For all you rope tow fans; Pinnacle will be open with their summit tow for the first time since ’22–'23! Hopefully, I’ll make it over there on Sunday.

They have been having electrical issues with the main tow. They were hoping to get it running by today, but no luck. It wasn’t worth it for me just to ski the beginner tow, so I’m planning to try again next Sunday. The hill was freshly groomed and looked to be in great shape! I went xc skiing instead.

I saw that Baker opened this weekend as well. I might try and hit them both next weekend

“Come one, come all!” It wasn’t like that on my visit there many moons ago. I had to become a yearly member for $30. Which I happily paid. That pic above shows exactly who should be skiing there. I felt kinda bad taking up tow space from these little tykes.

It looks like the main tow won’t open again this weekend. Tough break for them: It’s the first time in 3 years that they’ve had enough snow to open, and now they’re stuck with lift issues!
