ciscokid Otsego Ski Club , Gaylord Mi Wed ¾/26 old school spring skiing. Was here for first time seven years back just after Otsego opened to the public. Was not super impressed but being a old ski lift nut and researching the history of Telecar, Carlevaro Savio, Poma, and Miner Denver I knew this clubs lift fleet has the most Miner Denver’s on the planet. Actually lift 5 at the far end is the only triple MD left in the world. The sun was shining, temps springlike in low fifties, and with the daylight and $20 “night ski” at 3:30 it was time to revisit. Pure perfect soft cord in the sun and firm edeable in shade. With the wife up top at the historic lodge waiting about 3 runs per lift was enough for great gramps to be. A historic Terrace Inn 1911 hotel suite awaited after Luckys steakhouse. Tommorrow remains to be seen if the Highlands is in play for $25.
