Chuckstah Pound for pound, the snowmaking system at Southington can crank it out on par with the heavy hitters of snowmaking in the East. That system was designed and continually upgraded for maximum efficiency with the often short windows they have to crank out the product. Was very impressive to see what they could do when my kids highschool races were there from the “Covid season” until 3 years ago. Pretty much every trail is lined with either tower mounted fans or air/water sticks, and they’ve been upgrading to more and more partial and fully automated equipment on the hill as well as increasing their pumping capacity
