I grew-up skiing at Seven Springs (and Hidden Valley) in the 60s. From their FB page, my guess is the cement photo is from their lift replacement:

Our Blitzen lift upgrade project is now underway! 👀
Crews have kicked things off… chairs have been removed, the haul rope was taken down, and towers are gone. Take a look at the progression photos so far 👇
Blitzen had been around since 1987, and it was time. Parts aren’t exactly easy to come by anymore… so we’re giving it a much-needed upgrade.
