15 bucks?!?
First 300 attendees each day get a FREE one-day ski pass to Black Mountain of Maine!
First 72 peeps get free Amtrak from Boston.
One way! Lol

Definitely planning to go to this!
15 bucks ($13 if you use that code SNOWREADY) seems pretty legit when you factor in getting a free lift ticket to Black Mountain, also free gear repair on site is cool. sure there will plenty of other freebies and deals.
vendor list looks pretty cool.
support the winter economy!

For the last few years, the ski show wasn’t worth the trip when it was free and easy to get to via the T. I assume that some of you who are going actually got something out of it. What was that?

The Ski show at the Expo in Boston was only mildly worth it the past few years. Pre 2020 I felt it had more deals etc. Lately its just been kind of fun to go and get swag. I also use it as a way to get Ski_it into the city to buy me dinner.

That said 3 years ago I won a sweepstakes at the ski expo in Boston and won $5k worth of stuff.

Mostly I just go to drool..over the exotic ski locations and equipment.
Besides ski_itJR’s winnings we’ve lately just gotten a lot of stickers… oh and a pair of socks & gloves. Last year I wasn’t planning to but ended up buying a pair of Oakley pants at a good discount. Oh I did “win” a timeshare weekend at Loon. No food, no tickets, not slopeside and across the street, down the road a piece and we would have to waste part of the day for the pitch. No thanks. Oh and I got to see Sam again.
