Greetings from Nubs Nob Harbor Springs Mich APRIL 2 and 3 2016

The dreaded ‘backyard effect’: People see no snow in their yards, they don’t think about snow, and if it snows, regardless of what the ski slopes look like, they assume conditions are good. Put into the mix spring break and the start of spring youth/school sports and you see why no one shows up.

Always sad to see a place close with wall to wall coverage…

Haven’t heard from you in a while IBrake, would have been nice to have you ski with us at Nubs.Any belated trip reports from you?

My goal next year is to ride the only t bar in lower Michigan that I know of at Hanson Hills. Then again the upper Peninsula has a slew of them.

No trips to report, sadly, unless you count West Palm Beach and Boca Raton. My $$$ got sucked into paying for my new Jeep Renegade. The insurance is destroying me - and my record is a good one. 

BTW I’m 61lbs lighter than when you saw me last! Them there UP Riblets should have no issue supporting my carcass.

That would be something taking a picture with one hand of the eclair in the other with no hands on the T!

IBrake then you should be in fightin’ , I mean skiing shape for next year!

I just booked my flight to Montana in August and am planning a couple gondy rides there and maybe at Lake Louise, Sunshine, or Kick ass I mean horse, possibly Revelstoke. Gonna be too far from Whistler or I’d ski Horstman glacier there which I believe has a T Bar!
