SNOW is one of my favorites (PC and Playstation) The carving physics are average/ok (Steep did a better job), but I think they nailed the realism in SNOW in other ways. One of my favorite things is that you can ski really tight, steep, technical lines. The game isn't designed with that as a feature, but games like Steep seem to force you to keep moving (making skiing technical lines impossible... you just jump over them), while SNOW allows you to kinda hop turn. You don't get any points, but sometimes it's more rewarding than throwing a quin-corked 1980 off a 1000 foot cliff.
Steep has great multiplayer.
Shredders is my new favorite snow game, but snowboarding only. It's on xbox gamepass if you have that, you can try it for free.
