<blockquote class=“Quote” rel=“NewEnglandSkier13”>Good one!
Here’s mine:
- This area is known for its extensive glades.
- This area has two sidecountry areas beyond the ski area boundary.
- This area has a lean-to shelter next to one of its trails.</blockquote>
As usual, I have one that fits all of the clues, but it probably isn’t the one you are thinking of: Crotched Mt.
More than half of CM is glades albeit most are not on the main trail map. The side country areas include the Enchanted Forrest and old Crotched to the East and the West Ledges to the west. And yes, there is a lean-to in the Enchanted Forrest just below the cross-over trail to Old Crotched.
