OK, here’s my attempt:1. It’s lost and in New England, but does not have a page on nelsap.org.2. Had at least one ski jump and at least one rope tow.3. Was associated with an educational institution which still operates a ski area (but not at this location).

“Big Jump” operated by Dartmouth? I’m nit sure if it’s a separate area or not though.

I’m thinking that Dartmouth operated a ski jump in a different location at one time (other than Oak Hill which is covered on NELSAP).

Proctor? Not sure if Blackwater is the original area they owned/operated.

The educational institution I’m thinking of is not Dartmouth or Proctor.  It’s possible that they had an earlier area that meets my criteria, but if so, I’m not aware of it.  I don’t know if the “Big Jump” at Dartmouth had a rope tow.

Good try, but nope!  That would totally qualify, but as far as I know, the University of Maine doesn’t currently have a ski area.

My attempt, in NE, no longer in operation;1.  Offered night skiing and a hopping night club in the lodge named after a fairy tale character,2.  On a hill named after a type of tree, and3.  Eventually developed for senior housing.

Klein Innsbruck (on Oak Hill)?

Yes, Klein Innsbruck, I figured it would be guessed pretty quickly.  Used to night ski there while in Jr. high with my cousin and then when I was home from college in the early 80’s was a frequent visitor to the night club, Rumpelstiltskins.  Live bands and cold beer, a lot of fun times were had.

Back in the mid-70s, I was “collecting areas” and I visited Klein Innsbruck in 1977.  I don’ remember very much about it.

I don’t have one ready.  If someone else has one ready-to-go, post it.

I used to frequent Klein Innsbruck back in the 70’s, and very early 80’s when I lived in the area. I vaguely remember going to the nightclub, or lodge bar, a number of times when I was of very questionable age!

Nobody mentioned the name of the night club so I looked it up - Rumpelstiltskin’s.
