This NELSAP area had a T bar and a rope tow that are no longer standing.
Acquired by municipality and run by parks and rec for a short time before being converted to hiking trails and a sledding park.
Not far off what was formerly Exit 24
Horn Pond Mt in Woburn, MA came to mind first - though its not the answer as it had a chairlift, not a T-bar. It fits 1.5 of the clues.
It *was* at one point owned by the Woburn Country Club and later acquired by the city, but decided it was too expensive to run. Now, it has hiking trails and there is a section of it I've seen used for sledding - though not directly on the ski slope.
It also *could* be accessed off I93 exit 24 - though that's the current exit numbering, not the old one (old numbering puts Exit 24 in Boston).
Anyway - I'll make a real guess. While I'm not sure whether it's accessible off an old exit 24,
Copple Crown is my guess.
It was most likely a 1 T-Bar, 1 Rope Tow operation (may have had two rope tows). It was originally owned and built by the surrounding neighborhood developer and I believe eventually run by the municipality, though I'm not clear on the timeline.
