Last December I spent a week on the tropical island of Ambergris Caye in the town of San Pedro. It's off the coast of Belize and the national beer is Belikin. It's a nice European style lager.

A few good ones I had this winter, first two both from breweries in Missoula, MT:

A draft of Last One Down lager, from Snowbird's Summit Restaurant.

Outlaw is a light beer from Denver, from Snowbird's Cliff Lodge pool. No peanut shells allowed in hot tub :wink:

This is from Schweitzer Mtn's bar, some sort of local draft. Lake Pend Oreille in background.

Allagash White has been making regular rounds here. I am not an IPA person, so lagers, pilsners, wheat beers are getting the love.

Common Roots (NY) lager is also terrific

My favorite has been the Lawson's Mad River Maple lately. If not that, I'm probably drinking any of the sours from Lamplighter.

I’m not a huge fan of IPA either. But a Pale Ale is my go to choice. Tuckerman being my favorite.
