Well we’ve had a 2 year sabbatical so it’s time to resurrect the old beer thread.

While up in Boyne country I enjoyed some Shorts Mule from Elk Rapids/ Bellaire , and the local Kalamazoo Oberon and Two Hearted Belles
Oh and a lot of summer shandy

I like beer maybe too much the Juice Bombs are really good.

I drink more beer during ski season than during off season. I guess because I often "celebrate" a ski day with a beer or two afterwards (64 ski days last winter). I think I am also subconsciously using alcohol as an anesthetic for the muscle/exertion aches associated with skiing :)

Sunday afternoon I went for the full 8 sampler flight at Sunday River (I had a driver) soup-to-nuts, a lager, two wheats, two ipas, a red pale, a stout, and an alt. Fantastic! but, too much beer. And the prices are getting up there.

Besides apres skiing, another time I really like downing a beer is at the beach. I have a familial connection now in Panama City Beach, Florida. Last Oct-Nov 2022 I spent about 3 weeks there. Beautiful weather at that time, water 80 degs and air 80 degs. No people. Hope to return this Oct.

I went to LL Cote earlier in the day, which was sort of a religious experience
