Everything on Northface was open & pretty nice except Olympic & Boulder Pile but peeps were poaching them. Ledge was still open & the top flat but the middle section was bumped nice. Uncles was closed but I did the woods off Ridge and skied the lower ⅔’s and one point wasn’t any narrower than Ledge, the rest was fine.

Patrol does seem more conservative this spring when it comes to opening trails. No clue why Boulder Pile was closed. In the past it seemed like they would just put up a "thin cover" sign if there was any route down and let you have at it. Little disappointed in them.

Olympic was rope up apparently this weekend due to the staged Snowmaking pipe for Freefall being in part of the trail down at the bottom.
Also looked to me from looking over there from the chair that the excavator and/or groomer(s) that dragged the pipe up the hill after segments were welded did a number on the remaining natural snow pack there as you get ready to cut back under Outpost
