riverc0il Good call on Power Line at Jay, that trail sucks. I never ski it. At least Goat is steep and challenging, Power Line has nothing redeeming about it at all. The lower part of Kitz is a good call for a double fall but it isn't severe and actually skis rather nicely. Lower part of Green Beret below the rock is a bit off kilter as well but not extreme. I may be imposing my own definition of extreme double fall here, I'll default to JS on qualifications since he started the thread. But I think an extreme double fall forces you to ski only a certain part of the trail and punishes attempts to work against the "valley" of the double fall. It isn't necessarily a matter of challenge but rather the double fall is pointless and demonstrates poor cutting of the trail. Middlebury under the Worth Triple is not a named trail, though it looks like it is officially sanctioned for skiing now as "off trail terrain". I don't recall being that being recognized as "off trail terrain" last time I was there, nice of them to leave it up to the skiers.

powderstud Kinsman Glade at Cannon is hugely double fall line. Middle Hardscrabble at Cannon has a number of sections of the trail that are double fall line. But the main face near the end of the trail is completely fall line (and the best part of the run).

In all my years of skiing, Kinsman Glade has only been open once or twice and I remember reporting that it skied more like an obstacle course than a glade! I do remember the double fall line though.
