Also, part of the reason you work at a ski area is to get the season pass. If the pay is the same and you have an option of a Stevens Pass, Crystal Mountain, or Snoqualmie season pass, it's a no-brainer that you avoid working at half-open Stevens Pass next year if you hadn't already been scared off.
Agree here. The whole concept of the experience of a lifetime has come crashing down on them over all aspects of the company now. I was a Vail wonk when I just visited I-70 annually during the past decade.
