I don't change my sleep when the clocks change, so that part wouldn't impact me. When the clocks fall back, I also set my alarm back an hour. So, I don't "lose" any time when clocks move forward in the spring. I keep getting up at the same "time" even though the clock has changed. It takes discipline, but it helps to not have your internal clock get messed up twice a year.
I'm mostly the same. Except that have some time-based morning work obligations so I have to watch the clock. But it still doesn't matter, because I'm more than happy to meet those obligations in the morning whether it's darker or earlier.
The only thing I really care about is afterwork daylight!
And I'm not speaking as a late riser. I already get up in the dark and don't mind it. I really like early morning ski tours, bike rides, and dog walks in the dark. More of that is no problem!
But afternoon/evening daylight is a gift!
