Ski Areas with Views of Large Bodies of Water Nearby

I would agree. Echo Lake is tiny and only visible from part of the ski area. Then you could start claiming snowmaking ponds as water views.

Le Massif and Mount St. Anne, QC aren't in the northeast. They're in the Southeast! :p

I suppose you could have said the same about all of the Canadian areas I mentioned!

Nice article. I think all of the northeastern areas and QC east in Canada are already in my list.

I've never skied Ski Whitehills, a ski mountain owned and operated by the community of Clarenville Newfoundland population 6,000. But here is some info and a photo of it from an acquaintance:
The "mountain" crests at 1200' above sea level with beautiful views. The base is about 350' above sea level. The triple chair serves 750' but you can hike and ski close to 900' of consistent pitch with some rolls to make the terrain a lot of fun.
