Can you give us an estimate of the crowd size and a sense of how the Umbrella Bar was doing?
I was 7th chair. This was the opening line. It was still quite long when I got down, so I took a break, made some oatmeal, walked the dog and went back out 45 mins later and for the rest of the day, the line was negligible. They had the ropes for the walk down the headwall, which, I thought, made it fairly easy. Plus, it wasn't the entire headwall ...to the point where putting on the skis was just as hard as the walk down.
