Was it originally the 14th? Cannon usually extends the closing date later if the base is good, especially with April storms.
If they made the date earlier just before a major storm, that is going to be really bad optics when they are asking folks to commit to next year's season pass, especially if other mountains start extending...
Has the new GM officially started? Maybe a sign of things to come. I used to love that place. I used to sigh a bit driving past it going to Jay. Now, I don't even bat an eye.
