The last two sets of clues (and a few others in this thread) have failed the uniqueness criteria and I suggest that when “a correct answer” is given (i.e. one that fits all three clues as given), we move on to the next set of clues.

Fair enough. Although I like to think my clues were somewhat unique let me flesh them out a bit more. My expertise in areas is NYS as that’s where I’m from.
I’d like to see someone try their hand at guessing my mystery NYS area. By town with a certain music festival I’m referring to a famous one held several decades ago. My area is located in a town that shares a part of the name of the music festival town. By wizardry I am hinting at a synonym of its name.
