I worked for a guy like that for a few years. He cut salaries, talked in jargon "best in class" and "core values" and "improvement teams" while jetting off to seminars at Harvard to stroke himself. What a jerk.
Meanwhile the Attitash photo I mentioned above is this one:
this is mind numbing. This line had to go up the Abenaki lift line adjacent to the Bearfoot Creek development, turn west and extend down the Bearback trail. All for a very slow lift that used to be ski-on, even during holidays.
I recall the dying days of ASC ownership and I thought that was bad. That was a picnic compared to this. Still can't believe what I'm seeing here. Over 1/4 mile long.
