Quietman;c-64640 wroteCrotched skied great today, full/deep coverage on the majority of trails, and the skiers on the hill had the mountain literally to themselves. 65 degrees, blue skies, great snow, and there were minimal skiers on the hill, and that is being generous. If skiers complain that areas close to early, it's from a very real lack of customers, not due to poor conditions. I'd much rather ski today than a 20 degree WROD day in the early season, but I am in the minority.
+1.
I enjoyed a bunch of runs with quietman and am in complete agreement with what he said. With easily six feet of glaciated base on Meteor, that run will be a skin-able T2B at least thru mid-April.
